Originally a distributor of stock and horse trailers throughout western Canada in the 70's, Prairie Farm & Ranch Supply started their own manufacturing facility in the early 1980's with the production of portable livestock handling equipment.
In 1996 Prairie Farm & Ranch Supply became the sole distributor for the Stock Doctor Medicating System and added the United States, Australia, South America, Europe, Africa, plus the United Kingdom to their list of marketplaces!
Recent years the changes in the retail space at Prairie Farm and Ranch has lead to the change of name to reflect where we are today, Ross Creek Saddlery. With the idea of the "One Stop Horse Shop" They have diversify again with the expansion of the horse equipment, tack and the Online store. The store has double in size to accommodate the huge expansion to over 6000 square feet dedicated to our horse products and apparel. The Horse Owner Workshop adds another 3000 square feet of workshop/clinic area, for the monthly clinics that include horse demos with a hands on experience for the participants.
We cater to the new and old horse owners, the land owners, with help in every department from fencing to finding the right equipment.
Our yearly "Tried and True Riding Horse" sale is the talk of the horse community, We have introduced the "Irish Style" horse sale to Manitoba buyers and sellers, one location, 20 to 50 tried and true tested riding horses only, talking directly to the seller and trying out all of the horse in one spot.
Today Ross Creek Sadlery is excited about the future of our horse community and all we can do to help promote horse education for the rider and owner. We continue to serve our customers and dealer network with quality livestock equipment, feed, vet supplies, tack, and pet foods at affordable prices.
